How do you select 12clock mode through flashmagic for this processor?

you don't.  It can only be done in a parallel programmer the 66x are still 'H' types.  Anyhow what's the problem using 6 clock?

If you do select the 6 clock mode you can not ever use the device in
12 clock mode again.

Can you recommend a programmer?

By the way, we are using a 32MHz oscillator because of requirements of other functionality on the board.

the best (and expensive) will be BP micro
for lower cost check needhams

I can not recommend Xeltek, they discontinue support and say "you need an upgrade" after only 2 years.

there is a brand "TOP" sold by a canadien on the web some have said they have it and I have heard nothing bad.  it is dirt cheap.
