          i have already assembled hex programs for the Micro-controller 89V51RD2. I wished if i could get a disassembler for the MC or instruction set for the same. Please help my guys.....

For an instruction set see the Intel MCS-51 Family User's Manual.
Not sure about disassemblers, but probably a search on google might find something.

The best '51 disassembler around is on the 8052.com page, where this question belongs anyway.
