Recently i have switched to windows7 (from windows xp) and noticed a peculiar problem, the production software that uses flashmagicarm.dll would intermitantly report "Unable to open hex file" (about 10% of the time at random) while attempting to program the hex file to a LPC2364 device. The hex file is located correctly and i am able to open it manually, in fact it seems related to windows 7. Any what i could do to resolve or workaround the problem?
Could it be because the file is being held open by another application?
