Can any one suggest me the Cable connection diagram for flashing LPC2387 through USB-Serial cable(PC) and 5 pin relay mate connector on board side.

Do you mean USB to RS232? If so then you can view the schematics of the MCB2300 board on keil.com/mcb2300.
