I'm trying to run Ethernet bootloader on LPC1766. My board works fine but I have problem with Flashmagic. I tried debug bootloader like in other post describe. When I capturing in Wireshark I don't see any frames connected with bootloader. I filtered by MAC and by source port. I tried 3 different PCs - the same result. I turn off my firewall on PC. It looks like Flashmagic does not send any data on Ethernet. I use 9.20.3898 version.
I have found reason of problem. I have to run Flashmagic as admin.
