I get the operation failed (programming failed to send to the device) error

At debug mode it gives no error and operation finishes but device not working

here the debug file <link removed by moderator>

Why do you use a weird URL? Just attach the fmd file to your post and we will look at it.

because the file took 411 kb and it is more than maximum attachment size

by the way i tried at xp and operation finished without error, but the software of the device cannot detect the firmware
