I connected fine to a new part on my board through the RS232 pins. I programmed the part and afterwards I went into the ISP-->Device Configuration menu. The "Enable Reset Pin" and "Enable Brownout Detection" boxes were checked and I then selected the reprogram button.

After a power cycle I can no longr connect to my part. What did I do wrong and how can I get communication restored?
