LPC2103 command line problem

First:My English is not so good

The problem is:
1. if you power on the LPC2103 then try to flash the AMR using command line within approximately 10 seconds
fm @a.txt
a.txt contents
COM(1, 9600)
DEVICE(LPC2103, 10.760000)
HARDWARE(BOOTEXEC, 50, 100)
HEXFILE(D:\a.hex, NOCHECKSUMS, NOFILL, PROTECTISP)
fm will succeed.
2. but if you power on the LPC2103 then try to flash the AMR using command line after approximately 10 seconds
fm @a.txt
a.txt contents
COM(1, 9600)
DEVICE(LPC2103, 10.760000)
HARDWARE(BOOTEXEC, 50, 100)
HEXFILE(D:\a.hex, NOCHECKSUMS, NOFILL, PROTECTISP)
it will failed with following msg:
connection failed:invalid command

Please add "DEBUG" to your command line, run it so it fails, then send me the file C:\flashmagic.fmd. My email address is support @ esacademy dot com.
