Regarding Flash Magic CUI

Hii

I am using eval verion of Flash Magic to program LPC2132 device.

In this version (Flash Magic Version 4.17.273 8051/XA Driver Version 2.41.267, ARM Driver Version 1.44.273
(C) Embedded Systems Academy 2000-2008 All rights reserved NON PRODUCTION USE ONLY)
all features of GUI based Flash Magic is working but Flash Magic CUI in not working.

Please let me know that Flash Magic CUI is working or not in eval version.

I am waiting for your kind response.

There isn't an eval version. The free version is a full and unrestricted version with a couple of features omitted (scripting, DLL documentation) and a different license. The command line interface is the same in both versions.

Hi

When i am using Flash Magic CUI and go to settings>>COM port and baud rate setting>>it shows  "com port in in use...".
but that particular com port is not used anywhere.....

Please let me know soultion.

Is it being used by a modem? Can you use the same COM port with Hyperterminal? That message is returned when Flash Magic fails to open the COM port and Windows reports that it is in use. One of the frustrating things with Windows is that there is no way of knowing which program has the port open.
