Failed to read the device signature

hello
i am using flash magic,i have the wrong:"Failed to read the device signature.Accessing a device using the wrong protocol could render the device unusable.do you want to continue?"
then when i press'Yes',it shows me"operation failed.(failed to erase block0)"
who can help me ?please tell me how to do it.

Flash Magic is having difficulty communicating with the device. The read signature command fails but you tell FM to ignore that. Then the next command (erase) then fails. If you skipped erasing the next command (programming) would also fail.
