loading Hex file using another Microcontroller in ISP

Hi All,
I am Dabhi Manish from CIMCON software India (Ahmedabad). We have face lot of problem at site where we would like load Hex file using laptop(Flash magic) because some time laptop power down or some time we does found any com port we cant load hex file. so we think that we will  load hex file using Flash memory Programming Firmware from Micro controller . As per our understanding we have successfully read port, Device ID etc but we face problem problem at loading mean when we are trying to load RAM using Wcommand then it will gives error because of wrong sector , so please can you explain me how can we load Hex file in to ISP area using P , C , W command
