Well for an overview, it is simply:

Serial port -> RS232 transciever -> RxD pin
Serial port <- RS232 transceiver <- TxD pin

If this isn't want you want (and I don't think it is) then please explain further what you are looking for.

If the device is configured to use the on chip reset circuit, then there isn't a reset pin as such. If you are referring to the pulses to enter ISP mode, then they are applied to the RST pin.

Yes. You need to build a special circuit between the RS232 transciever and the VCC and RST pins of the device. It must match the circuit found on the Keil MCB900 board. If you look at the application note on the Flash Magic web page titled "ISP Entry Using COM Port Handshaking Signals", it will give you the circuit diagram and a description of the circuit.
