Title: MCB900 problem
Post by: Christoph Lelie on November 10, 2003, 06:04:39 AM
I'm using the MCB900 board Rev.2 with LPC932 E-version. At the schematic I can see that it is possible to switch between ISP-mode and run-mode by only switching the DTR-line (Jumper RUN=off, RESET=on, PROG=off). I checked this with a pc-program that only switches the DTR and the RTS lines to positive voltage and it is working.

Is it possible to let FM switch the DTR and RTS line to positive voltage after ISP-programming to avoid manually jumpersetting every time?

Flash Magic closes the COM port automatically when it is finished. This is to make the usage of Flash Magic easier, especially with terminal programs, etc. Once the COM Port is closed, the state of the DTR and RTS lines are no longer under the control of Flash Magic.
