Try unchecking the DTR/RTS options in the Advanced Configuration. Then click on "Start" and power cycle your device when it tells you to.

Try raising the baudrate to 9600. Put a scope on the TxD and RxD pins and see if a 'U' is going into the device and a 'U' is coming out. Compare the timing of this with the reset signal on the reset pin.

I have the same problem.

It always tells me that " Unable to connect specified baud rate, Try to reduce baud rate , Reset hardware to ISP mode again."

but I don't know what's wrong with it.

My following steps are the same with Mr. Yuvaraj.

I also set the baud rate to 2400, but it always want me to reduce the baud rate =.=

Please teach me how to solve this problem, thanks.

I solve the problem what I have mentioned.
("Options -> Advanced options -> Hardware Config -> unselect "Assert DTR and RST while COM port open")

But there is another problem.

In the step 2, it said
"device signature can't be read.Unable to commuicate(transmit/receive). Assesing a device using the wrong protocol can render the device unusable",
but if I skip, I still can continue earsing.

But in step 3, it said "Unable to connect(transmit/receive)" , and then failed.

What's happened to it? Please teach me how to solve this problem, thanks.
