Title: Programming of P89LPC935
Post by: lpav on August 11, 2006, 04:57:05 AM
I would like to start using P89LPC935 in new designs. I searched this page and found a PDF (ISPHardwareEntryAppNote.pdf) with description of programmer for LPC932. I have following questions:

Is it possible to use this programmer also for programming of virgin LPC935 using FlashMagic SW?

How is the situation with processors that were once programmed?

Thanks

Devices from the factory should have the status bit set, so they reset into ISP mode. After they have been programmed then you can use the circuit you are looking at to get them into ISP mode. There are some other methods, for example NoTouch, so you might want to look at those as well.
