Where is the MAX232(equivalent)?

It is not the cable, it is the missing RS232 transciever.

OK but   I want use just a  RS232 for the RX and TX lines.
What the others lines necessary ?
  VPP with what tension ?

I don't want use the PSEN pin because it is not prevue on my target CI.

+5V DIRECTLY, that should be obvious

Then install NoTouch

Remember a fresh uC goes in ISP mode on power-up
