I have to built parallel programmer for 89c51rd2bn. I have dozens of these ic's which are refusing to enter into isp mode.
can anyone help me??

				NO,
Parallel programmers can not be built on the kitchen table.
1) your Philips FAE or your distributor should be able to help you restoring the boot vector ESPECIALLY if you tell him that you will install NoTouch the very first time you [program them so this will not happen again.

Hi...  Most ICE's come with a parallel programmer for the chip they are emulating...  I am using an emulator from Acqura  (www.acqura.com) for the LPC932... I know that is not the micro you are haveing the problem with though...
Acqura do quite a range of programmers for the philips MCUs... also they are reasonable priced...

We have experience with this because the WinIsp didn't write correctly the Boot Vector.
We use a paraller programmer like Galep IV to erase completly the Microprocessors

you can read the ic's databook then do it yourself!
