Hi,
I have made a connection in ISP mode earlier. Then it just could not connect later. The WINISP kept on prompting [ Invalid echo(2)U:000000000B1 {:010000020CF1}]. What would be the problem??

Please give Flash Magic a try and see if it helps. WinISP has plenty of bugs and is no longer supported.
