Hello:

I have some doubts abot how conect 89lpc922 microcontroler to PC for ISP.

TxD and RxD with max232 to PC com port

reset signal?  reset -> DTR?  I dont know what com port pin uses flashmagic to control the reset microcontroler pin.

To use ISP with an LPC9xx device you need to duplicate the Keil MCB900 schematic. You can get the schematic from a link on the Flash Magic web page. There is also two alternative circuit diagrams available in the third party files section.

I do not think that is necessary if the chip has 932 type ISP

A factory fresh chip arrives in ISP mode and you load something that includes "NoTouch for lpc935" which can be found here.  With that included you can choose your own way of triggering ISP (com port command - pin held low - and more)
