Title: programming P89LPC922
Post by: yarlagaddabhavana on November 20, 2005, 08:15:00 PM
Hai

I am using P89LPC922. Once it is programming but next time onwards it is not programming.......

what we are doing is...

1. We didnot add that startup file...
2.Through flash Magic we are loading ..
3. we are using equivalent CKt of MCB900 downloaded from the Esacademy site..

I am having doubt that is it necessary to include a startup file ?

I read many forums on this site and tried every thing but of no use...

Thans in advance

if you are using C it is (I take it you refer to startup.a51 or equivalent)
This, however has no bearing on using FlashMagic.
1) did you preserve the boot sector when programming first time?
2) if yes, the it is the "kick into ISP" circuit that does not work since a fresh chip is already in ISP mode.

we are using equivalent CKt of MCB900 downloaded from the Esacademy site
For programming circuits NO substitutions is allowed, come have got in trouble replacing HC with HCT and so on.
