I am using Flash Magic 2.52 to program the follwing 89V51RD2 device :

P89V51RD2BN
CP9457.00
kzg0522 AC

Flash magic warns me now "The device signature does not match the expected values......"

When I accept the warning, the chip is however programmed correclty.

This messages did not appear with the previous version I used : 2.48

I have no other choices in the menu.

If you go to the ISP menu and choose Device Signature, what values do you get?

To disable the signature checking go to Options -> Advanced Options and uncheck the option for signature checking. However only do this if you are 100% sure that you are using the same device that is selected in Flash Magic.

The Device signature is shown as below :

Manufacturer's ID BF
Device ID 91

In the Flash Magic there is only one selection for P89V51rd2
which I have selected.

Are those the values being read out when you go to ISP -> Read Device Signature... ?

I found a bug, so try version 3.02. I think you will find it works better.
