I try to program this MCS by FlashMagic but it's not work.
I 'm not sure that the problems are from circuits connection or not.

Connection detail : ( in ISP mode )
- Quartz Crystal 16 MHz with 30pF Capacitors
- PSEN pin connect with 3V
- EA connect with Ground
- RESET : Using power on Reset circuit ,but use 10K Ohm instead of 8.2K
- ICL3232 (3.3 V ersion of Max232) it's work properly ,I checked it
For FlashMagic , I tried selecting every available Baudrate
Infact, I'm not sure about PSEN, EA, and RESET pin connection.

Wrong, leave it floating.

Wrong, tie it to VDD

Might work, but I'd recommend a proper reset IC
