Hello Friends,

What is the Difference between 89C51RD2xx and 89C51RD2Hxx.. I am searching on the web but I am not getting any sloution.

They are listed at the beginning of the non-H version datasheet.

Basically they are three:
- different 6clk/12clk switching
- different organisation (smaller blocks) of FLASH
- different programming

However, both the H and non-H are AFAIK obsolete.
