Title: How to report bug of FDI's USB-DONGLE?

I try to register FDI's forum, but it prompts "This forum is not accepting new registrations."

I found there is a bug in LPC900 ICP operating with FlashMagic when Blank Check.

Have you tried emailing or calling them?

What problem are you seeing?

When I do the "Blank Check" operating on a blank device, FlashMagic always returns "Not blank".

After doing the "Erase all flash" operating on a device, then I do the  "Blank Check"  operating on it, FlashMagic always returns "Not blank".

Hmmm... that problem sounds vaguely familiar. Did you search on this forum? Are you using the latest version of Flash Magic? Have you checked if FDI has a firmware update for your dongle? Have you tried another device?

Which  micro are you using?

Which ICP schematic are you using? Have you checked the waveforms of the signals required to carry out ICP?

Do you think it is a hardware or software problem?  How have you come to this confusion?
