Title: Does Flashmagic support accessing to internal eeprom of LPC935?

Does Flashmagic support accessing to internal eeprom of LPC935? I found the EEPROM menu is disabled by Flashmagic when an LPC935 device has been selected.

No. If you look at the set of ISP commands in the device user manual from NXP you will see that access to the EEPROM is not provided.
