I have tried to program ATMELS

Sorry. If you want to program Atmel devices you will need to get FLIP from the Atmel web site. I don't know if it supports half-duplex though.

please send me your type of circuit diagram to study it on my way.

I think if you want to use Atmel devices you may be better off trying the forum on 8052.com or philipsmcu.com, because this really is a forum for Flash Magic. Thanks.
