I'm using p89v51rd2 nxp development kit. I'm using flash magic tool for programming. One time when i pressed start, i started programming without asking for the reset. i wrongly pressed reset while flash magic do programming. Then i closed the application. and tried to program the system again. now it ask for reset but when pressed reset. it do nothing it is waiting for the reset.. what happened to my board ,, i changed the micro controller chip with new one . it is working fine.. what happened to my old micro controller. help me to find the reason.. pls.. thank you in advance
It might be stuck in SoftICE mode. Do a search on Google to see what steps might be available.
