Question: what is  device signature and security is for?

ones I write a program in my controller  (P89V51RD2FN)

but then there is error is coming after I press Reset for ISP mode

 ""Failed to read the device signature (Unable to communicat.(transmit/recive)).Accessing a device using the wrong protocol could render the device unusable. Do you want continue ?"



If i m pressing yes then it say unable to comm. tx/rx
 what should I do

I have gone through your suggestion I test all the component and solder it properly
