Title: What for a Chip is this?

Hello guys,

i have here a NXP Chip marked with this:

NXP 1114
17 15
2131B30


I try to read the device id with flash magic (newes version) but i cannot find the right chip number in it.
Can anyone help me with this? Or tell me what for a type i should select in the software?

Go to ISP -> Read Signature

Post the values read from the device here.
