Title: Direct load of baud rate in LPC932
Post by: David Suryadinata on April 27, 2004, 01:54:46 AM
Dear All,
How to calculate direct load of baud rate in LPC932 in ISP mode to get communicating in higher baudrate ? because with only sending U character can connect max. 14400 bps

Flash magic already has this built in - just turn on High Speed Communications in the Advanced options. Note that the direct load of baud rate does not work properly on the LPC932 - you will have to use another device like the LPC935.

Flash Magic does not provide the high speed comms feature for the LPC932, because the direct load of baudrate does not work properly.

Hi,

The LPC932A wil soon be coming out with the dirrect load feature. I have seen speeds upto 115200 baud with FlashMagic and the devices that support it (the high speed comms feature of FlashMagic use the dirrect load in ISP).
The LPC932A will also have the ability to be programmed with ICP and the ability to do byte erase funtions on the Flash memory.

Regards,

Bauke
