P89V51Rx2/P89LV51Rx2 / ISP circuit for P89V51RC2

Dear Forum,

                     I am using the P89C51RC2.  I believe Philips are obsoleting this part in favour of the P89V51RC2.  What ISP circuit changes do I need to impliment to get Flash Magic to work on this device.
