LPC2xxx / LPC2368 Code read protect

I used LPC2368+Flash Magic 4.24. When I click Set Code Read Prot my board is can't run. If not click this choice my board can run.
How to sold this problem?   Because I can't to protect my code.    :'( :'( :'(
