OK, sorry to answer my own post....but I figured it out. I went into START900.A51 and modified the settings in there and everything works well.

LPC9xx/LPC9xxx / ICP Reset Pin Deactivation

Hello,
I've been using Keil uV and an EMP900 to program my 89LPC935 board. To get more mobile, I just bought a USB-ICP-LPC9XX programming dongle to use with Flash Magic. It worked right off the bat except for one minor function. I cannot find how to set the UCFG1 register. Simply put, when programming it in ICP mode, I cannot disable the reset pin to make it general IO. Is there somehow I can do this using Flash Magic and ICP or do I have to modify my board to make ISP work?
