Ok found the problem myself!

As in AN10258 from NXP said i have to add an extra circuit to switch VDD..

But I think I will buy the USB-ICP-LPC9XX from FDI!

Hi!

Normally I am programming the P89LPC952 with ISP and everything works fine!

But now I have the problem, that I have set the Security BIT EDISx and it can't be deleted in ISP or IAP mode.

So I think the only way to erase it is with ICP?

But it doesn't work with FlashMagic (V5.29) and I don't know why..

Which interface I have to use, when using the MCB950 Board?

I have tried "NXP ISP Bridge" and "FDI USB-ICP_LPC9XX" but nothing works...

Has anyone an answer for this problem?
