when I am trying to dump the program through flash magic I am receiving the error message saying:

"Unable to connect at the specified baud rate.try reducing the baud rate.failed to auto baud"

I have checked all the connections,every thing is fine.But still i am getting the same message.Wat could be the reason and how to rectify this problem.
