Off-Topic (Read Only) / connecting microphone to the microcontroller

Hi,

I am new to the embedded world. But I need to connect a microphone to the motorola 6808 microcontroller to recevie the audio signal. Can anyone please give me directions to connect the microphone to the microcontroller ?
