LPC2368 Code read protect

I used LPC2368+Flash Magic 4.24. When I click Set Code Read Prot my board is can't run. If not click this choice my board can run.
How to sold this problem?   Because I can't to protect my code.

Are you making sure your code is not using the code read protect memory locations? Read the user manual for the device to find out what they are.
