ERROR WHILE STARTING FLASH MAGIC

hello,
       In my system when trying to run Flash Magic the system showing following message
      "Access violation at address 6C00E468 in module 'RICHED32.DLL': write of address 57700459"
      after clicking ok it will showing next message
      "Error reading display -> Lines string: RichEdit line insertion error"

      Actually at first there is no problem running Flash Magic  on my system.
But recently i have installed Ms-Visual Basic 6.0 on my system, i think after that Flash Magic not working on my system.
      Please help me on solving my problem.

Did your installation of Visual Basic change some DLLs on your system? Maybe revert some DLLs to older versions?

 i have run SFC.EXE (SYSTEM FILE CHECKER) in win98 and replaced   'RICHED32.DLL' from my windows 98 setup cd and my problem was sloved.
