89C51RD2BN Communication problem

Hi,
I am a newbi to MPU. This is the first time i developed with MPU. I am ahving problems in reprogramming the 89C51RD2BN. I accidentially ticked the "Erase all Flash+Security+Clks" and stared the operation.
Now my MPU is not setting connected to the PC and i am getting the message "Unable to connect at specified baud rate. Try reducing the baud rate. Reset the hardware into ISP mode again"

Please suggest me what can be done..
