Hi,

we are using the LPC932 ver C and F with the flashmagic prog, sec bits unset, no watchdog,  RC-Osc.

If your device is not executing your application correctly then it might not execute the bootloader correctly either.
Are you using the on-chip RC oscillator or an external clock or crystal? If you are using an external crystal then did you change the device configuration appropriately using Flash Magic?

Have you checked that the power supply is at the correct voltage and is glitch free?
Have you checked the ground is ok?
Have you checked that the Reset pin is being held steady and is glitch free?
Do you have decoupling caps across the device power supply?

Have you tried another device?
