Flash programming of LPC2378

Dear Sir,
            I have checked that data is comming out from USB-ICP-LPC2K to LPC2378 on its RXD(pin 142). but LPC2378 is not sending any data on TXD(pin 141). other thing that I have noted down, there is no change in Reset(pin 24) of LPC2378. but there is change comming on P2.10(pin 76), when I press start button.Note down I have not connected any external pull up resistance to any pin of LPC2378.

kindly help me to know what is problem and it can be resolved.
