error on flash magic start

When I start the flashmagic (v5.67) I see this message window:

GetAdaptorsInfo error: 232(01349698,0)

But I can program with flashmagic my LPC1768 ICs.The message appears at start of program and disappears by clicking OK on that message window.

I use a USB/RS232 cable with ftdi chip in it.

Please help me solve the problem.

What version of Windows are you using? Is it a virtual machine?
