Dear people,
I am using Flash Magic Ver: 2.07 for programming P89LPC932A1 micro.
I can program and check checksum and everything is OK but LPC932A1 stays in programming mode all the time. Even if I make reset (or disconnect from the power) micro is still in programming mode. If I check "Boot vector and status bit" it is always 1. If I try to reprogram it, Flash magic reports that status bit has been reprogrammed successfully, but when I check status bit it is again 1. Is this OK and how to force micro to start?
I have no problem with code because this code works OK on old version of P89LPC932.

I will be very thankful for any help.

Best regards

Tomaz

Please do the following:

Start Flash Magic
Press F1 to enter debug mode ([Debug] will appear at the top)
Read the boot vector and status bit to show the status bit is 1
Program the status bit to 0
Read the boot vector and status bit to show the status bit is still 1
Close Flash Magic
Email me the generated file C:\flashmagic.fmd
Delete C:\flashmagic.fmd

I will then send this to Philips for evaluation.

My Email address is below and also in the Help -> About window in Flash Magic.
