i would like to program p 89lpc922fn pl suggest how can program with flash magic

First read through the user manual available from the NXP web site and decide which programming method you want to use, ICP or ISP. Next if you choose ISP decide which method you want to use to place the device into ISP mode (break detect, three pulse entry, Erik's No Touch).

Also read through the Flash Magic manual and the Flash Magic application notes.

It depends on your application, what you want to do for the hardware design, etc. There is an article/code for NoTouch at the bottom of the Flash Magic web page. The other methods are described in the user manual for the device.

do note thet while 'the article' is about the Rx2 devices, it applies to the LPCs as well
