Program in external flash

We are an Italian company manufacturer instrumentation devices.
We have designed a board based on LPC2478 microcontroller. We are able to program the microcontroller (with Magic Flash) only if the firmware is contained entirely in flash.
How can we program the external flash instead? There is a  version of the "magic flash" for programming of external memory?

No, sorry. You could write your own bootloader that is compatible with the NXP bootloader and then use Flash Magic.
