LPC1768, Can not read device from Flash Magic

I tried to program to LPC1768 via ISP Flash magic. But it show error Failded to autobaud (as image )

Could you please help me to fix this errror

Thank Andy,

I repair my circuit and it programed one time

But after that, it can not programed any orther time with the same error message. I tried to review my circuit but can not find any problems

Can you help me to fix it

The most likely cause is that the device is not entering bootloader mode. Details of how to to do that can be found in the user manual for the device, from NXP.
