P89LV51RD2 Uart communication?

How i can obtain 9600 baud rate with 33 mhz crystal in P89LV51RD2 Cotroller?
Also I couldnt  find the header file . I am using Keil microvision.

This is a forum for using Flash Magic. You are probably better off looking for a microcontroller programming forum.
