error opration failed in programming

when i click on programming in flash-magic for lpc1768 first erasing blocks then show this error  " operation failed (programming - failed to send data to the device) " , please help me , i checked my hardware i didn't see problem .

Please try changing the line feed settings in the advanced options. There are four combinations to try.
