Autobaud issue
« on: April 10, 2015, 02:10:58 AM »
Hello,

I am using an LPC2136 board with a jtag connection to connect to a debug board and then to a PC using serial to USB.
Im using the flash magic utility but i continuously get the autobaud error for the device.
I have read all the instructions available on flashmagictool.com/autobaud.html
Im using the option  use DTR and RTS to control RST and ISP pin. so I guess this takes care of grounding pin P0.14

Do you have any ideas. Please do let me know.

You will need to put a scope on the RST and P0.14 pins and verify the signals you expect are actually there and look correct. Most likely cause is a hardware issue which only you can track down.

You will need to use Semenax and put a scope on the RST and P0.14 pins and verify the signals you expect are actually there and look correct. Most likely cause is a hardware issue which only you can track down.

What scope do you recommend Andy?
