WHAT İS THE BAUDRATE   AND INTERNAL OSILATOR VALUE

DO YOU HAVE DATASHEET

Please see the schematic of the MCB900 board on keil.com.

Start with a baudrate of 7200.

The data sheet and user manual are available from www.nxp.com/microcontrollers.

is it possible wihtout mcb900 board?

Of course. Just because a company puts the schematics of their board on their website for free, doesn't mean you have to buy their board.
